I have been quite busy lately, and I've neglected my witchy blog!

I'm currently doing a 60 day challenge over there. I'm writing daily and talking about my weight loss journey, or currently lack of weight loss journey... I'm exercising daily and trying to eat right with good portion control. That doesn't come easily for me.
Unfortunately, with my concentration on my health, work, and all things mom, I'm having a really difficult time making time for my witchy self.
I am getting there! And this blog will become more optimized soon. I'm going to commit soon a weekly writing to witchy topics, and thus- using this blog regularly again!

Oh, My tarot deck, I'm not going to be sharing images of my cards, unfortunately, I've had a really difficult time getting good images of them. They're awesome cards, but they don't like pictures or scans made of them. I am making a cheat sheet of their meanings so I can have it as a reference when I do readings. I'll post that cheat sheet online so you may print it if you'd like. The meanings are very similar to most decks, but the images are different.
I've also fallen in love with a deck called "Witches Tarot" here's an image I found of the cards so you can get an idea.
I'm also doing many other forms of divination, and teaching my teenagers as they begin to show interest.
We took out our Ouija board a few weeks ago, I taught them how to make a circle and light candles to keep positive energies, and protect from anything negative. I'm also part of three or so groups on Facebook that are so much fun! I'm doing many things witchy, yet not taking the time to commit myself to writing in my favorite topic location.
Some people are writing asking about the Karma spell. I've written this many times, It works. It takes a long time to work. It also reflects on your actions. If you're casting this hoping for bad things to happen, you better be prepared for something bad to happen to yourself as well. It took over 2 years before my spell did as I intended it to do. I'm quite pleased with the results. I am also glad I didn't have negative thoughts when I cast the spell.
If you're currently in an abusive situation, leave! Don't think magic is going to save you. The only thing it can do is give you courage to make the action for yourself. If you're afraid for someone else, help them! Do not cast a spell on someone without their consent. The Karma spell, and binding spell are the ONLY ones I have done on someone without their permission. I will NEVER do any spells trying to compel someone to do something. I will not force someone into loving another person. I will not harm animals or people to accomplish something I think is right at that moment.
I am trying to learn to meditate. Unfortunately for me, I keep falling asleep!
I love receiving emails and comments, but I really do get tired of people asking me how long a spell takes to take hold, and work. I cannot tell you. Most magic takes months or years to take effect.
I am working on a spell for self love. Something you would perform only so you may love yourself. I'm not sure how long it will take me to work out the details perfectly, but I'm working on it.
Also, I have soaps! I am making soaps to sell locally. I may create an online shop. One is "witches brew" it's a scent with patchouli, cinnamon, & a few others that empowers the witch within. The other is "Love Spell" Rose & Juniper berry used to help you love yourself while you shower. Both are lovely scents, and I hope to sell out. I only just finished making the soaps and labels are printed but not yet on them. I'll figure out where I'm selling them soon and let you know. 💖
